protea Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind all our products.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with a protea product you purchased on our online store (https://sg.proteadrinks.com/), we'll send you a replacement, a different flavour, or a complete refund.
The protea 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available exclusively to original consumer purchasers through this store in Singapore and must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase. Because we can’t guarantee the quality of products sold on other platforms, the Guarantee does not apply to these purchases.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact us at help@proteadrinks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason you are unsatisfied. You might be asked to submit photos or other information to help us process your request.
- We will provide instructions for returning unwanted protea products.
- Refund requests made after 30 days from the original purchase will not be eligible.
Eligibility:
- We reserve the right to use customer information (email, phone, address, IP) to ensure fair use of this policy.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
The protea team reserves the right to verify information, request valid proof of purchase, and deny Guarantee requests at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if we determine that the purchaser has misused the protea 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
This policy is subject to change or cancellation without notice, and by using our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee, you agree to these terms and conditions. Effective from August 18, 2024, our 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all purchases of protea products made through our website (https://sg.proteadrinks.com/). This policy remains in effect until further notice.
Standard Return Policy
Within 14 days from receiving your item, you can request a return with no questions asked. To start a return, you can do it yourself online or contact us for help.
Please note that to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
For unopened product returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please take this into account before starting a return, and thank you for your understanding.
Details
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us to request an update.
